I. General Terms

  1. Before booking a tattoo session, the client must read and accept these Terms & Conditions.
  2. Payment of the deposit constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
  3. Services are provided exclusively to adults with full legal capacity.
  4. The tattoo artist reserves the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other psychoactive substances. In such cases, the deposit is non-refundable.
II. Booking & Deposit
  1. A deposit of 300 PLN is required to secure a booking.
  2. The client may reschedule the appointment once, provided notice is given at least 7 days before the scheduled session. The new appointment must take place within 60 days of the original booking date.
  3. A second rescheduling request, late notice, or failure to communicate will result in the loss of the deposit.
  4. The tattoo artist reserves the right to reschedule the appointment by providing at least 7 days' notice.
  5. If the client cancels the appointment on the day of the session, they agree to pay the full value of the reserved day.
III. Studio & Session Policy
  1. The tattoo design will be provided one day before the session unless otherwise agreed.
  2. Project consultations are available by prior appointment.
  3. Minor changes can be made immediately before the session. Significant changes may require rescheduling and may affect the final price.
  4. Payment is made in cash immediately after the session.
  5. The price is calculated individually based on the tattoo's size, complexity, and placement. Large-scale projects are charged at a daily rate.
  6. The tattoo artist guarantees the use of sterile equipment and disposable materials only.
  7. Clients are not permitted to touch the equipment or materials. Animals are not allowed in the studio.
  8. An accompanying person may remain in the studio only with the artist's permission and must stay outside the working area.
IV. Liability & Complaints
  1. Each tattoo is created as a custom design based on the client's wishes. By approving the design, the client accepts the composition, style, symbolism, lettering, and colours. Any changes after approval require the tattoo artist's consent.
  2. The tattoo artist is not responsible for the final result if the client fails to follow the aftercare instructions or withholds important health information.
  3. Minor differences between the approved design and the finished tattoo may occur due to technical limitations or individual skin characteristics.
  4. One complimentary touch-up is available within 3 months, provided the need for correction is not caused by the client's actions. Additional or aesthetic touch-ups are charged separately.
  5. Complaints may be submitted by email to molekulartattoo@gmail.com. A response will be provided within 30 days.
V. Copyright & Image Use
  1. Every tattoo is an original work of art protected by copyright. Copying, reproducing, distributing, or using the design without the tattoo artist's permission is prohibited.
  2. Consent for photographing and publishing the tattoo and/or the client's image is obtained separately by signing a dedicated consent form.
